Founding Cooperators's Meeting at Taormina

Despite strong wind and bad weather in Las Vegas, 12 prospective founding cooperators showed up at the Taormina Insurance Services at 4557 West Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89103 at around 6:30pm to laydown the foundation and formation of a consumer cooperative whose main goal and objective is to provide the goods and services needs of its future members from owners and employees of small businesses, hotel and casino workers such as food servers, buspersons, housekeepers, dealers, public area, real estate brokers and agents, insurance brokers and agents, cab drivers, construction, mechanics and hospitality workers.

Organizer Carlos P Dadulla of Carozett Lane, a Professional Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation and Networking firm initiated the formation of the cooperative. Mr. Dadulla presided over the meeting and presented informations on a powerpoint format on what cooperative is all about (to see more about coops pls visit the website of the National Cooperative Business Association at http://www.ncba.coop/ ).

G25 Cooperative, Inc. was the name recommended by Mr. Dadulla representing the burning desire of a group of 25 business-minded and hardworking people to lift up their economic well-being even during troubled times like a recession. Other names for the cooperative will be open for submission on the next formational meeting at Taormina Insurance Services based on the availability of its members as follows:

Friday - Saturday 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Sunday - Thursday 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

The following minutes of the meeting were recorded as follows:

1. Final organizational meeting will start on Monday 12/15/08 and ends on Saturday 12/20/08.
2. Other names of the cooperative will be open for submission.
3. Target date for incorporation is on or before first week of January 2009.

8. The Membership Committee will form policies and procedures in determining associate and
regular memberships.

Services, Salon and Barbershops, Cricket and TMI Wireless Phones, Owtel Long Distance
and Phonecards, Magazine and Newsletters advertising, Off-Set Printing, MagicJack,
Website Ws, Insurance, Property Management, Rewards Card and other consumer goods
and services needed.
